Our family, two adults and two soon-to-be teenagers, really enjoyed our winter vacation at Janina and Simon's apartment. It has everything you need to feel comfortable. We really enjoyed our daily brunch at the round table before heading out to explore the island of Gozo. From the quiet street where the apartment is located, it is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful nature - fossilized, wild sea cliffs with its typical flora. The sunset crowned our evenings. We were able to visit numerous other sights on the island by car. Gozo and Xlendi are places we will definitely visit again. Thank you, Janina and Simon!

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Marni, Xlendi to mark the new year. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, responsive to communication and offered suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable — extra beach towels etc! The villa was in close proximity to the bus stop, super convenient. We also loved the large bed which was really comfortable and allowed us a great sleep during our stay. The villa allowed for great cooking facilities and cleaning facilities. You can buy the washing pods in single pods in the local supermarket down the hill which was convenient. We would 100% visit again.

From start to finish the hosts made this an experience to remember! They answered all my questions and went above and beyond for us before, during and after our stay 💫 The villa was spotless and the bed is the comfiest!! Instructions were thorough which made all processes so easy to follow. The location is a bit out of the way but public transport is so easy and cost effective to navigate! We were unable to use the pool due to its temperature so maybe a heated pool for the winter would’ve topped our holiday but that is our only constructive feedback!

We cannot wait to return to the villa again in the future! And we thank you for making this a holiday to remember!

Gospodarze są bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Mieliśmy okazję poznać osobiście Simona i jego dzieci. Od pierwszej chwili można poczuć przyjacielską atmosferę. Okolica jest przepiękna - świetne miejsce do spacerowania i na dłuższe piesze wędrówki.

Well maintained and clean apartment in a quiet area. Reasonably well equipped with comfortable bed and large screen TV. Lovely pool area which would be better enjoyed earlier in the year as out of direct sunlight at the time of our visit. Steps down to the ground floor apartments are long and steep that may prove challenging to some especially with heavy suitcases. For anyone visiting Gozo I would recommend hiring a car. It's cheap and the best way of getting about the island

We had a lovely stay at Villa Marnie. Simon and Janina are wonderful hosts.

The facilities and storage in the apartment are super. We found the property to be clean, bright and spacious, and the area to be quiet, pretty and safe. Our only criticism would be that shower pressure could be better.

What a great home away from home! Lovely hosts who are quick to provide assistance. Top with children. Sweet, normal neighbourhood. Highly recommended! 🙂

We stayed for a week in the apartment with three small kids. For us, the toys were a life saver, and the kids felt at home easily. Further, it's basic but complete. it's nice that the village is in a walking distance from the apartment, and also some small hikes (which are suitable for kids from approx. 3 to 4years old) are in a walking distance. By car most places are within a 20 min. drive. Thank you for the stay.
